Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless to the business doing business as NeighbourHoodArtsStudio, its owners, operators and franchisor from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of NeighbourHoodArtsStudio Professionals, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical Emergency
The undersigned gives permission to the business doing business as NeighbourHoodArtsStudio, its owners, operators and franchisor from any and all liability to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Cancellation Policy
Students have until the end of the second class to decide if the program is right for them. If the class is not suitable, 1/2 of session cost may be refunded. NO REFUNDS or credit after the end of the second class. Should the studio need to cancel a course due to low enrolment, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.
Summer Camps
We want to ensure the safety of all participants in our Summer Camps. Please be aware of the potential risks involved in art activities, including but not limited to minor injuries, exposure to art materials causing allergic reactions, accidental ingestion, slipping/ tripping and emotional distress from creative self-expression. As we do enjoy the outdoor lunches, children may encounter minor risks of falling while playing or bee sting. By enrolling your child in the program, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
